Terms of Service

The service

menulink.live lets businesses publish a menu or product list on a web page with a QR code and, on paid plans, take orders, ring up sales, print bills and see statistics. Features on each plan are described on the pricing page and may change over time.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your login and staff links private. You are responsible for activity in your account, including by staff you give links to.
• Tell us at support@menulink.live if you think your account has been misused.

Your content and responsibilities

• You own your menus, photos and other content. You give us permission to host, display, format, translate and process it to run the service, including showing it to the public on your menu page.
• You are responsible for your content being accurate and lawful: prices, descriptions, taxes and service charges, dietary information and allergens. Automatic translations, menu imports and suggestions are provided to help you; check them before relying on them.
• Orders placed through your menu are between you and your customer. You are responsible for fulfilling them, taking payment, food safety and any obligations to your customers.

Acceptable use

Do not use menulink.live to break the law, sell prohibited goods, publish misleading or infringing content, send spam, attack or overload the service, scrape it, or try to access other accounts. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, in your local currency where available. Taxes may apply.
• You can cancel any time from Plan in your dashboard ("Manage subscription"). Your paid features continue until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your menu and QR code keep working.
• One-off purchases such as Menu Makeover give access for the period stated when you buy.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you before a change affects you.

Availability

We work to keep menulink.live running reliably, but it is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will give notice and, where fair, a refund for unused time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your content, your customers, third-party services or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using menulink.live and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for abuse, and will explain why where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Significant changes will be shown in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use menulink.live after that means you accept the new terms.
