QR ordering for cafés and bakeries
Customers scan the code at the counter, choose their coffee size and milk, and pay when they order or when they collect. Your team rings up walk-in sales on the same screen, and a board shows which numbers are ready.
How it works
- 1
Add your menu
Drinks, bakes and sizes. Set options once, like milk or extra shot, and attach them to every coffee.
- 2
Put one code on the counter
Customers order from their phone and get an order number. Choose whether they pay first or when collecting.
- 3
Call numbers, not names
Open the order board on a TV or tablet. Numbers move from preparing to ready, with a chime.
What you get
- Quick sale at the till
- Staff tap items to ring up a walk-in order, with sizes and add-ons, then print or share the bill.
- Sold out in one tap
- Croissants gone by eleven? Mark them sold out and they grey out on every phone.
- Sizes and add-ons
- Regular or large, oat milk, extra shot, each priced. The total is always worked out by the server.
- Customer order board
- A screen showing preparing and ready numbers, each on its own tile so #2 and #23 are never confused.
- Tax on every bill
- Add VAT or GST, included in prices or added on top, plus an optional service charge.
- Sales insights
- Most ordered items, revenue per day and your busiest hours.
Questions
Can customers pay before we start making their order?
Yes. Choose "pay before we start" and new counter orders wait until staff mark them paid.
Can we use it only for the till, without customers ordering?
Yes. Quick sale works even with customer ordering switched off.
Do we need special hardware?
No. Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser works. A receipt printer is optional.
