Seat ordering for cinemas and theatres

Guests scan the code in their screen, pick popcorn and drinks, type their seat number and send the order. Your concession team sees exactly where to take it, and nobody misses the opening scene queuing at the counter.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your snacks and drinks

Combos, sizes and add-ons like extra butter or a large drink, each with its price.

  2. 2

    One code per screen

Create "Screen 1", "Screen 2" and so on as areas that ask for a seat. Put the code on seat backs, armrests or the entrance.

  3. 3

    Deliver to the seat

Orders arrive as "Screen 2 · Seat F12" on the live orders screen and on kitchen tickets, with a sound alert.

What you get

Seat on every order
Guests type their seat once; the phone remembers it for their next order.
Or a code on every seat
Prefer no typing? Create one code per seat, like "Screen 2 · A" 1 to 20.
Concession counter too
Ring up counter sales with quick sale, and show a ready board for collection orders.
Private orders
In a shared screen, each guest sees only their own order and bill, never their neighbours.
Alerts that get attention
Orders waiting over two minutes turn red and the chime repeats until someone accepts.
History and exports
Every order by day, screen and seat, with a CSV export for your accounts.

Questions

How do guests tell us where they are sitting?

When they order from a screen code, they type their seat number. Staff see it on the order, the kitchen ticket and the bill.

Can we stop orders during busy moments?

Yes. Pause orders with one switch; guests see that ordering is paused.

Can the same menu be used at the counter?

Yes. The counter code and quick sale use the same menu and prices.
