Simple billing and QR ordering for shops and stalls
Not a restaurant? A juice bar, a bakery counter, a market stall, an event stand or a small shop works the same way. List what you sell, ring up sales on any phone, print or share the bill, and let customers browse and order by QR when it helps.
How it works
- 1
List what you sell
Add products with prices, photos and options like size or flavour. Import from a photo of your price list.
- 2
Ring up sales on any phone
Quick sale: tap products, see the total with tax, mark it paid and print or share the bill.
- 3
Let customers order by QR
Optional: put a code on the counter so customers browse and order themselves, and collect when their number is ready.
What you get
- Bills with tax
- VAT or GST included or added on top, plus an optional service charge, on every bill and receipt.
- Share or print the bill
- Print an 80 mm receipt, or send the customer a link to their bill.
- Staff links
- Give each device its own staff link: they can ring up sales but not change your settings.
- Sales history
- Every sale by day with filters and search, plus a CSV export for your accountant.
- Sales insights
- What sells most, revenue per day and your busiest hours.
- Sold out in one tap
- Run out of something and it greys out for customers straight away.
Questions
Is this a full point-of-sale system?
It covers simple billing: ring up sales, add tax, mark paid, print or share the bill, and export your sales. It does not do stock counts or card payments.
Can I use it without customers ordering themselves?
Yes. Quick sale works with customer ordering switched off.
Does it work at markets and events?
Yes. It runs in the browser on a phone or tablet; you only need a mobile data connection.
